"Your Perspective Is Your Passport! See The Difference A Shift Makes, One Person At A Time"

When the people we ask to change are stuck, they think the situation they are in is just "the way it is", and there are no options. In fact, they are simply in a particular perspective about the change. A perspective is an attitude toward, or way of regarding something; a point-of-view. As change professionals our job is fundamentally about shifting people's attitudes around change in order to promote commitment, engagement and buy-in. When you change your perspective, it allows you to travel some place new and explore actions in a new direction. It expands the way you think about change. As you expand your thinking, there are so many more options available. You get to choose what perspective you want to be in versus your perspective being "the way that it is." Our tool will allow people to shift their perspectives and guide and facilitate others as well. It creates a dynamic way to expand thinking and then create real choice. It is a highly creative and energizing process that opens up possibilities for change at the individual level. This will help people impact the culture by getting unstuck and clear so that they can choose how they want to look at change. We really do believe that by getting clear on your perspective is your passport to sustaining change.

Key Takeaways:

  1. Discover the nature of perspectives that drive behavior, emotions, and commitment to change.

  2. Think radically outside the box to generate magnetic choices around how you commit to change.

  3. Apply a specific formula and perspectives tool to powerfully shift attitudes towards change.

  4. Connect the power of individual perspectives with creating authentic commitment for change.
