Biography:

Carolyn Ujcic: Carolyn is a
change management guru for Google where she develops change
management strategies for Google's enterprise products and
enables Google's customers, partners and internal teams on
change management. She has more than six years of experience
in the field of change management. Prior her role at Google,
Carolyn worked as a manager at Accenture where she helped
clients in a variety of industries with their change
management needs.
Kim Wylie: Kim leads
Google's Change Management Team for Europe, the Middle East
and Africa. Shea has more than 8 years of experience working
on training and change management programs. She has has
accumulated extensive knowledge and experience working with
a variety of customers across different industries and
regions. Kim has been instrumental in developing change
management capabilities among Google's partner community.
She has spoken at Google and industry conferences and events
on the topic of change management for Google Apps. |
