Keys to reading the schedule:

This year's program contains 5 tracks or "flights" that run concurrently and sessions are noted as such below.  Not all flights have a session running at a given time.  You are not required to pick one flight to attend the whole week - you may pick and choose sessions that fit your needs, the flight  notations are included to help you find your way through the schedule.  Flights are grouped by room assignment - for example all sessions in Flight 101 will be in the same room.

Please note that due to varying session lengths, some presentations will overlap - be sure to check start and end times when you are determining your schedule. Click on a session for more details.

Speakers were asked to classify their session into one of three topic areas, this classification is denoted by initials after the session title:

BP = Best Practices, How-to, Case Study

SI = Special Interest, Industry Specific

ET = Emerging Trends, Innovative Ideas

* = Session for those "New to Change"  (Other track sessions are geared toward a more experienced audience.  Feel free to choose "New to Change" or "Experienced" sessions regardless of your background - you are sure to learn something new wherever you go!)

Note: There are three session lengths - 30-minute, 50-minute and 90-minute.  The longer the session, the more hands-on interaction is included - the 90-minute sessions were designed as workshops for small groups and space is limited on a first come, first serve basis.
