Biography:
Merling Sapene: Ms. Sapene, Business Administrator, holds a Masters in Human Systems Interventions from Concordia University, Montreal.

Over 20 years of experience in the Change Management field. Specialized in strategic analysis, organization effectiveness, redesign and automatization, performance management and change enablement.

As Director of the Change Management and Business Analyst Centre of Excellence (Bombardier), Ms. Sapene leads teams at the forefront of innovation in international, multicultural and complex business transformation projects. 30 members of her team completed the Prosci Certification by February 2009.

Rowena Espinosa: Ms. Espinosa Has been with Bombardier Aerospace for 10 years. She has been involved in more than 10 ERP implementations across Canada and the United States and is currently the Manager of the Business Analyst Practice within IT at Bombardier Aerospace. Prior to this role, she managed the IT Training & Communications team at Bombardier Aerospace for 2 years. Before being promoted to her management positions, Ms. Espinosa has played all roles within the IT Change Management structure, which includes Training developer, Instructional designer, Training Lead, Change Management agent, Change Management Lead.

She holds a Master degree in Educational Psychology, with a specialization in Applied Cognitive Science; and was Prosci certified in 2007.  As part of her current Management role, she leads a team of 25 internal Business Analysts and 3 Business Analyst consultants. Before Bombardier Aerospace, she worked for various instructional design organizations; responsible for creating training programs for all ages (children to adults).
