"How to Apply the Phillips ROI Methodology to Change Management"

Does your engagement with the sponsor always feel like you are trying to sell snake oil when it comes to convincing her of your change management model? Well come hear the humorous, sad, and at times odd journey of how the presenter implemented a repeatable methodology to measure change efforts and used it to solidify sponsors and neutralize the resistors.

The investment in change management is typically an after-thought when it comes to implementing changes throughout an organization, because it is difficult to measure, evaluate, and translate into return on investment (ROI). When you clearly articulate the payoff in driving adoption of new ideas, processes, and business initiatives then you give credibility to change management.

Key Takeaways:

  1. Overview of a methodology for measuring change management

  2. Introduction to tools and forms used in the process

  3. Presentation of a case study on how to implement the process

  4. Tips on how to scale and leverage the process using web 2.0 technologies
