operations in 41 countries, has around 127.000 co-workers
and over 280 stores spread in 26 countries, in 2010 IKEA had
over 626 million visitors to stores world wide.
With a strong vision "To be the leader in life at home for
the many people" and with well grounded values like
"constant desire for renewal" it may seem like a perfect
setting for establishing change management as a competence
and way of working, but building a change competent IKEA
organisation has come with both opportunities but equally
many if not more challenges. This presentation will look at
these from a past (where did change management start),
present (where are we right now) and future perspective
(What remains to be done?).
Key Takeaways:
-

initiatives to create change management drive?
-
How to "package" change
management in a scalable way
-

of the organization
-
How to make change part
of everyday leadership reaching 17.000 mgr's
