"Sodexo's Change Journey
to World Class"
Change is about people and
putting people first. At Sodexo, that means understanding
our culture and investing in people before beginning to
change. When most companies change when they have to, Sodexo
is changing because it wants to change. In this 50-minute
session, participants will learn why the company proactively
decided to change and how Sodexo has embarked on this 10 to
15 year change journey to becoming world class. Hear how
being proactive enabled us to change at our own pace, dare
to be wrong, and weather the economic downturn. The session
focuses on a case study of how Sodexo's finance employees
embraced an internally developed, comprehensive career
development program, put in place in anticipation of
significant change in the way that Sodexo delivers financial
services. Learn how we managed our company’s culture to help
our employees embrace the change and grow their careers
using a best-in-class career toolkit. Hear what challenges
we faced and how we overcame them. Advance your skills in
applying change management tools and models, building
leadership alignment, and driving the minds and hearts of
employees.
