Monica Lane is Principal Performance
Improvement Consultant and Change Strategist for Exemplary
Performance (EP), LLC. Monica lives in Seattle and is
responsible for leading Performance Improvement and Change
initiatives for clients in the Western Region office located
in Redmond, Washington. Monica has over 15 years' experience
in the human performance business, with concentrations in
learning and change management. Her primary focus has been
within the technology sector with Microsoft, Nintendo and
ADP. Before joining EP, Monica led several corporate-wide,
transformational change initiatives within Microsoft,
overseeing all aspects of the change management. Prior to EP
Monica has worked with several Microsoft leaders to identify
and analyze high performing individuals and build
performance and change strategies for overall performance
improvement. In addition to experience in learning and
change management, Monica possess a diverse background
including experience in Sales, Marketing, Digital
Advertising and PR. Monica holds a degree in Finance from
Stetson University. |
