Pecha Kucha Presentation: "10 Commandments of
Change"
You want to move from a
highly complex (and inefficient) system - through a complex
(and largely unidentified) transformation process fraught
with cultural, technical, and political barriers - to get to
some (poorly defined) end state? It's no wonder that most
transformation efforts fail! In this fast paced presentation
the participant will discover the 10 elements that are key
to any successful transformation effort. These are the
things that if you do them right, you almost can't fail; but
if you do them wrong or fail to do them, you are almost sure
to fail.
Key Takeaways:
-
Refer to a handy
checklist of must-have resources needed to implement
large-scale change
-
Discuss importance of
Transformation Objectives
-
Discuss the importance of
measuring success and setting milestones
-
Describe the process for
creating a transformation plan
