Presentation:
"Enterprise Change Management at Caterpillar, Inc."
Persevering through blood, sweat and tears, change management at
Caterpillar Inc. is now a global benchmark for organizations across
the world. The journey began over fifteen (15) years ago and has
delivered significant value to the success of many strategic change
initiatives. During this presentation, we will highlight Caterpillar
as a case study for developing, implementing and sustaining an
enterprise change management infrastructure, methodology,
competency, and discipline that is now engrained into their culture.
We will explore lessons learned, summarize the total return on
investment to-date, and share tools and ideas for other
organizations that plan to embark on the same journey. Chris Kreuser,
Caterpillar Regional Manager of the Change Management Office, will
serve as the primary presenter with support from Catherine Wolpert
of LaMarsh & Associates who was among the change management
consultants supporting Caterpillar "behind the scenes."
