"Changes in Change Management: A 25-Year Retrospective"

After more than 25 years of teaching, consulting and writing in the field of change management, this keynote will present some observations on the evolution of our field's thinking and practice. What has changed? What has remained the same? What have we learned? In addition, looking to the future, what are the biggest challenges ahead? Will our tools and models need to change? In short, are we as a field "maturing" and solidifying, while at the same time, adapting as needed?
