Biography:
Victoria Jarosz is an owner and EVP of i3Logic, a consulting firm that provides change management consulting, curriculum design and custom learning content, and powerful web-based delivery products. Ms. Jarosz serves as a senior consultant on client projects, such as change management process development/deployment, design and deployment of learning and communication strategies for change initiatives, competency model development, proficiency simulation design and development, and curriculum architecture design and development. Ms. Jarosz developed Change for Results (C4R), a holistic change approach that provides a framework for managing the business at a system level, and/or ensures the successful implementation and management of change initiatives. She has consistently improved project outcomes for clients by implicitly or explicitly integrating a C4R perspective, and C4R concepts and tools into i3Logicís core processes. Ms. Jarosz holds a BBA in Quality Management, and is a member of ACMP, ISPI, and PMI.
