the various measurements and analytics that demonstrate and

Audrey Jaffe is a Management Consultant with
over 20 years of experience helping clients improve the way
they work. She manages and implements business improvement
initiatives for major companies across various industries,
including life sciences, healthcare, and
media/communications.
Certified in Change Management (Prosci) and Business
Analysis (CBAP), Audrey is an accomplished Program and
Project Management specialist, with a passion for helping
her clients gain the adoption of the many changes their
projects entail.
Audrey supports her clients by developing strategies and
providing solutions and services that integrate and align
people, process and technology. Her projects may involve
business, technological, and/or organizational change, but
always with a focus on the meaningful and measurable results
that demonstrate that goals and objectives are being met
(and even exceeded!). Her mantra is to pledge that change
should never be implemented just for the sake of change. |
