"How to Leverage Program Portfolio Management to Gain
Support for Change Portfolio"

Susan Fehl
Susan Fehl is co-author of the strategy to increase Nationwide's
capacity for change, and leads Program and Change Management
competency. An instrumental leader in transformation initiatives,
Susan draws from more than 25 years diverse experience to customize
people-centered solutions. She has worked in operations management
roles in financial and technology services, and in training and
organizational development. Ms. Fehl has served small technology
firms as well as Anthem, Bank One (now JPMorgan Chase), Battelle
Memorial Institute, Ford Motor Company, Los Alamos Labs, and
newspaper publishing firms in the U.S. and Australia.
David Monroe
David, MPM, PMP, is Nationwide's leader for building the Change
Management Portfolio Capability. David has extensive experience
delivering large programs and projects at Nationwide Insurance. His
experience includes portfolio, program, and project management from
a delivery and competency development perspective, applications
development management, advanced technology consulting, and
technical writing management. David's education includes a Master's
Degree in Project Management, Project Management Professional (PMP)
certification, Prosci certification and Korn/Ferry Executive
Development Program.
