"20 Findings in 20 Minutes: A Snapshot of the Latest Prosci Benchmarking Data"

Explore the latest trends in change management with this rapid-fire delivery of 20 Findings in 20 Minutes. Prosci is, at its core, a research organization. Starting in 1998 when 102 change management practitioners contributed their stories, Prosci has built the world's largest body of knowledge on best practices in change management. Every two years, practitioners share what works, what doesn't work and what they would do differently on the "people side" of projects. With each study, Prosci builds depth and understanding in areas at the forefront of the change management profession. The 2011 benchmarking study included findings from 650 participants from around the world and yielded the most in-depth report to date. In this fun and fast-paced presentation, uncover 20 Findings in 20 Minutes as Tim shares data and conclusions from the latest benchmarking effort.
