"Integrating World-Class Organizational Change Management into Oracle and SAP Methodologies"

Successfully embedding a holistic and effective Organizational Change Management approach with Oracle and SAP implementations can be challenging. Using client case studies as examples, our presenters will discuss the strengths and shortcomings of the ASAP and AIM methodologies related to organizational change management. In addition, our presenters will introduce tools and approaches that can shore up the methodologies to achieve successful outcomes.

Biographies:

Maria Cramer
Maria Cramer is a Director in the Organization Transformation Solutions practice at Hitachi Consulting. Maria has over ten years of Change Management experience with a specific focus in communications, change readiness and leadership development related to system and process implementations. Maria is responsible for managing the organizational change practice in the Southwest market. She has worked with clients in various industries including consumer packaged goods, oil and gas, retail, manufacturing, and defense. Maria graduated cum laude with a BS in Business Administration from Wake Forest University, Winston-Salem, NC. She also received an MBA, with honors, from Southern Methodist University, Dallas, Texas.

Carole Ibarra
Carole Ibarra is a Senior Manager in the Organization Transformation Solutions practice at Hitachi Consulting. She has been involved in systems integration and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) implementation projects for over 20 years, across a variety of industries and software applications. Her most recent experience includes leading the change management activities for nation-wide rollouts of ERP applications for thousands of geographically dispersed users. Carole has also served as an advisor for many projects concerning training design and delivery for new processes and systems. In addition to working with many Hitachi Consulting clients, Carole has also designed and/or delivered many of the classes for the firm's professional staff. Carole received a B.A. in Political Science from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio and an MBA from the University of Kentucky.
