Biography:

Lawrence Polsky knows change. From leading corporate IT and HR change initiatives to consulting leaders on 5 continents on how to change company structure, processes & culture, Lawrence has lived change challenges in many shapes and forms.

An entrepreneur who, after a career in the financial services, healthcare, and consumer-electronics industries, Lawrence launched and managed two successful businesses. One a gourmet organic food-service business and then a successful OD & training business.

Since 1993, Lawrence has inspired and instructed more than 4,200 professionals in the United States, Canada, Europe and Asia. He holds a Masters in Organization Development with NTL Institute, the nation's leading program in experiential learning. His post-graduate work was at the Institute for Human Development, under the direction of Dr. Wilson Tilley, focused on the impact of emotions on problem solving, decision making and relationships.
