Jeff Hiatt is the author of ADKAR: a model for
change in business, government and our community and co-author
of Change Management: the People Side of Change. He started
Prosci in 1994 and is the founder of the Change Management Learning
Center. Jeff has led benchmarking projects with more than 1600
companies in over 59 countries on change management.
Prior to founding Prosci in 1994, Jeff worked
for Bell Laboratories as a Distinguished Member of the Technical
Staff where he led change initiatives in the United States and
Europe. He has a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Colorado
State University and a Masters of Science in Engineering from
Rutgers University.
He lives in Colorado with his wife Mary, and
has two children in college, Paul at UNC Chapel Hill and Anna at the
University of Colorado.
