When and where is the conference?
The 2010 Prosci Global Conference will be held at the M Resort and Conference Center located in Henderson, Nevada about 10 miles south of the Las Vegas Strip. The conference will be held April 25 - 28, 2010.

What is the cost of attending?
Click on the register link to see conference pricing. There is a $400 discount for Early Bird registration by February 15, 2010.
What meals are included?
Your registration fee includes the following meals and events:
Sunday: Pre-dinner Meet & Greet Reception
Monday: Breakfast, Morning Break, Lunch and Afternoon Break
Tuesday: Breakfast, Morning Break, Lunch and Afternoon Break
Wednesday: Breakfast, Morning Break, Lunch and Afternoon Break
How do I change my registration?

What is your cancellation policy?
The cancellation policy can be seen by scrolling to the bottom of the register page.
My registration says it requires verification. What does this mean and how long will it take?
If you selected Prosci certified as your registrant type, this status must be verified by our office. You will receive a confirmation email from customer service when your registration is verified in one or two days.
When is onsite registration?
You will be able to register or collect your pre-registration packet at the Meet & Greet Reception on Sunday evening, or between 7:30 and 8:00am Monday morning.
What do I need to bring with me to the conference?
Just yourself! Your name badge and registration packet will be received during onsite registration.
Can I register over the phone?
Registrations are accepted online to expedite processing and ensure completeness of the form, please click the register button to begin. If you cannot register via the internet, please call customer service at +1 970-203-9332 for more options.
Can I use a form of payment other than a credit card?
Credit cards are the primary form of payment for the conference. If you cannot pay via credit card, please call +1 970-203-9332.
When should I register?
To ensure your spot at the conference, it is important to register early. Space is very limited and the room availability is also limited. If you register before February 15th, you can save $400.
Can I get a discount for bringing my colleagues?
Yes, you can save $500 per additional attendee if you register more than one person from your company (all attendees must be registered by one person at the same time). This credit is applied during the registration process.
Why are there separate prices for Prosci certified participants?
Prosci certified practitioners have attended a 3-day certification session. Because of this previous investment, these attendees are granted a conference discount.
General attendees will also receive a $1000 discount voucher
toward tuition at a certification session.

The general conference will end at 4:30pm on Wednesday in order to allow for flights out that evening.

Hotel and travel
Where is the hotel located?
The M Resort is located at 12300 S Las Vegas Blvd.,
Henderson, Nevada 89044. It is approximately 15 minutes from the airport.
What airport do I fly in to?
The closest airport is McCarran International Airport (airport code LAS).
How do I book a hotel room?
There is a reserved room block for conference attendees at the M Resort with a group rate. These rooms are limited, so we recommend making your reservations well in advance. You can make reservations by calling 877-673-7678 (please mention you are attending the Prosci Global Conference to receive the discounted rate).
Do I have to stay at the hotel?
While it is recommended due to the proximity to the conference and special events that will take place, it is not a requirement to book a room at the M Resort.
What is the cost of the hotel room?
The negotiated standard room rate for the M Resort is $140.00 per night. This rate is also available on a limited basis for two days before and after the conference if you decide to extend your vacation and enjoy all that Las Vegas has to offer.
What is there to do onsite?
The M Resort has plenty of amenities to keep you busy during free time. They have an outdoor pool, a beautiful spa and fitness club, many restaurants, a casino, sportsbook and even live music. Learn more on their website: www.themresort.com.
Are there restaurants onsite?
There are several restaurants at the M, including Marinelli's (upscale Italian), Terzetto (steak and seafood), Baby Cakes (bakery and coffee shop), Red Cup Cafe (24-hour dining), Studio B (buffet), Veloce Cibo (sushi and tapas) and the Vig Deli. There are also five bars including the Hostile Grape - a self-serve wine tasting lounge.
Will I have internet access?
Yes, the negotiated room fee includes wireless and wired internet connections in your hotel room.
What are my transportation options?
Taxis and rental cars can be picked up at the airport for the short drive to the M Resort. The hotel also provides a complimentary shuttle to and from the airport and Fashion Show Mall on the North end of the
Las Vegas Strip (be sure to check the schedule).
Is there parking if I'm not staying at the hotel?
Valet and self-parking options are available.
What is checkout time? Will I have to miss a morning session to checkout?
Hotel checkout time is 11 o'clock, late checkouts may be offered based on availability. You may check out and store luggage with the front desk for the rest of Wednesday's sessions.

How do I submit a paper for consideration?
Paper submissions are now closed. Selected authors will
be published as part of the conference proceedings.
What topics are you requesting speakers for?
Topics of interest for this conference cover many areas of change management and can be seen on our Speakers page.
When do I find out if my speaker submittal was accepted?
All presentation submissions are due by November 15, 2009. Selected submissions will be contacted in November. If you plan to attend the conference even if not selected, please register before this date. There are a limited number of spaces, so you will want to make sure you have a reservation. If you are selected as a speaker, you will receive a refund of your registration fee.

Events
What are the special events during the conference?
We will be holding a Meet & Greet reception on Sunday evening for attendees to network as well as an optional Night on the Town where we will provide transportation to and from the
Las Vegas Strip. There will not be a set activity that night, you are free to see a show or go to dinner on your own or with other attendees.
Tuesday evening will feature a book signing reception from some
of our publishing speakers.

Can my family come with me?
Your guests are welcome to stay with you at the hotel. There are plenty of activities and amenities in the area to keep them busy while you are enjoying the conference.
How can I become Prosci certified?
Prosci certification is a 3-day training program held at various locations across the U.S. and Canada. There are several classes held each month. More information on this training can be seen on our website: http://www.change-management.com/change-management-training.htm.
What should I wear?
We want you to be comfortable - business casual is perfect for springtime in Las Vegas!
