Description:
As the velocity of change continues to increase, it is critical
that organizations build change management competency. An
organization's flexibility and durability - its ability to
effectively respond and successfully implement change - are central
core competencies required in today's ever changing marketplace. But
what does it mean to build organizational change management
competency?
In this pre-conference workshop, Tim Creasey will share research and
models for building organizational change management competency, or
said another way, deploying change management across an
organization. Tim will share the latest benchmarking data on
deploying change management, creating a change management function
and building support for change management. Topics include:

Biography:
Tim Creasey is a member of the Prosci Research team located in
Boise, Idaho. He is the Director of Research and Development for
Prosci and is co-author of Change Management: the people side of
change. He has administered the last five change management best
practices studies involving more than 2000 companies worldwide
and has also facilitated more than 100 advanced change
management webinars for the change management community. Tim has
directed much of Prosci's change management research, analysis
and the development of our methodology and tools and personally
spearheads the Enterprise Change Management program.
