Biographies:
Ellen Dailey
Ellen Dailey is a Senior Project Manager with extensive experience delivering complex technology
solution projects for key clients across several industries: engineering, manufacturing, retail,
government, and technology.
Currently with MWH Global, Inc., Ellen has lead the effort to boost Change Management competency in
the organization both through education sessions and through demonstrating tangible, value‐added
application of Change Management practices and deliverables on projects. Ellen has also integrated
Change Management processes in to the IT PMO standard Project Delivery Framework.
Ellen holds a Bachelors degree in Management Information Systems from Auburn University, a Project
Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute, and Change
Management certification from Prosci.
Marilynn Robinson
Marilynn Robinson is a senior consultant with experience in various facets of consulting,
civil/environmental engineering and construction. These include change management, knowledge
management, education and training, project controls, project management, construction, and design.
Currently with MWH Global, Inc, Marilynn has experience working with city agencies, utilities and
private organizations in the United States and abroad in improving organizational effectiveness and
knowledge retention. Marilynn leverages her certifications in change management as well as technical
expertise as a professional engineer to help her clients tackle their strategic challenges and build a
better world.
Marilynn holds a Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering from Texas A&M University, a License as a
Professional Engineer in the State of Colorado, and Change Management certification from Prosci.
