Panel Presentation:

"Impact of Organizational Culture and Values During Change Initiatives"

When an implementation hits the rocks, corporate culture often becomes the pinata. Yet, while project teams and sponsors easily fault culture for poor deployment, few people offer effective strategies for addressing it. Our panel brings a spectrum of experience and perspectives to this issue, and will engage participants in a robust conversation addressing various industries, research, the dynamics of multi-cultural work environments, and frankly, skinned knees. We look forward to seeing you there!
