Presentation:
"Making the Most of Change: William Bridges' Transition
Model"
We often hear people say "people resist change." What they really
resist is transition - the internal, psychological reorientation
that everyone goes through in coming to terms with a major change.
Come to this session to learn about the three predictable phases
that make up The Three-Phase Transition Model developed by William
Bridges, internationally known author of Managing Transitions
and pioneer and leader in the field of transition management.
Explore a framework that puts the often "messy" emotional terrain
encountered during change into a new and more hopeful perspective.
Understand how managers and individual contributors can successfully
embrace change to realize business goals. Leave with a renewed
appreciation for human resilience and the potential that lies within
each deep change.
